Vivamus Residence Sânpetru

LEP Platform has been a partner of Vivamus Park Residence since 2017 in a residential project that will have a total of 11 blocks located in the Sânpetru Commune in Brașov County.

At the beginning of 2025, 9 of these blocks are already completed and inhabited.

With an experience of over 500 apartments and approximately 300 more apartments under construction, the Vivamus Park Residence complex will have a total of 11 blocks located on Orizontului Street (intersection with 13 Decembrie), only 2 km from Coresi Mall. The land dedicated to these constructions is 56,000 sq m, of which 10,000 sq m of green space.
