Assembly instructions

1. Installation of prefabricated beams

  • bringing the walls to the same level;
  • the reinforcements from the beams and belts are installed;
  • the installation of the prefabricated beams begins using ceramic blocks at the ends as spacers (the support length of the prefabricated beams is 7cm);

2. Installation of intermediate supports

  • for openings larger than 1.5 m, it is mandatory to use props as intermediate supports at distances of maximum 1.5 m;
  • completing the floor with ceramic blocks;
  • perpendicular to the prefabricated beams, wooden bridges are placed to avoid stepping on the ceramic blocks and to make circulation possible;
  • when necessary, riders are positioned at the end of each prefabricated beam;

3. Overcasting

  • in the overcasting layer, a welded mesh Ø4 mm with 100 mm mesh is placed;
  • the floor is abundantly sprayed with water before pouring the concrete;
  • the concrete in the overcasting layer (minimum reinforced concrete class C 16/20 (Bc 20)) is poured together with the belts and beams of the structure;
  • the intermediate supports (props) will not be removed earlier than 14 days;
  • the floor is pierced for installations only in ceramic blocks, drilling the beams is prohibited;
