The largest urban regeneration project in Romania, covering an area of 120 ha, about 8% of the usable area of Brașov. The LEP slab has been used to date in the construction of 48 blocks totaling 2,550 apartments.

Subcetate City is one of the largest residential projects in the Brașov metropolitan area. The LEP slab has been used to date in the construction of 51 multi-apartment villas totaling 1,800 apartments.
