Grinzile LEP 14,5, LEP 16,5, sunt pregrinzi din beton armat clasa C20/25 cu carcase sudate din sarmaLEP 14.5, LEP 16.5 beams are reinforced concrete pre-beams of class C20/25 with welded wire shells with diameters of Ø5 ÷ Ø7 from SPPB (periodic profile wire obtained by cold plastic deformation, which falls into resistance category 4) or PC52 for the soles (upper and lower); wire with diameters of Ø5 ÷ Ø6 from STNB or PC52 for the diagonals welded to the upper and lower soles, 2 pieces and additionally, at the bottom, PC52 concrete steel with diameters of 1Ø8÷2Ø14 or BST500S with diameters of 1Ø8÷2Ø12.All are mounted in ceramic cladding, ceramic elements of the FONDELE type arranged as dense ribs at 13-axis spacing of 50 cm, 54 cm, 57 cm, depending on the type of ceramic block (TP16), concrete body or polystyrene block.The beams are supported over a minimum length of 5 cm on the walls or beams of the structure, and there is also the possibility of supporting the LEP beam on wooden boxes if the conditions are met:
  • the joint between the diagonals and the lower bar must be in the support or at a distance from the internal end of the support of no more than 10 cm, or on the external support, according to the provisions of SR EN 15037-1: 2008 Annex D Chapter. D.2.

Direct support arrangement (according to SR EN 15037-1: 2008)

  • The anchorage length of the reinforcement at the bottom of the beam must be at least 15 cm in the horizontal direction (from the front of the support) and a 15 cm beak.

Ceramic blocks for LEP floors

TP16 blocks for LEP floors are ceramic blocks with horizontal voids, with the approximate shape of a rectangular parallelepiped. In the LEP ceramic floor system, TP16 ceramic blocks are considered in the calculation as semi-resistant (according to the attached product sheet). The contribution of their upper sole to the active sections of the floor ribs is not considered in the calculation.

Polystyrene blocks for LEP floors

Polystyrene blocks for LEP floors are made of ARCO EPS 70 fireproof expanded polystyrene, which is lightweight, easy to process and handle; it does not have any voids.
