LEP Platform is a partner of Sânpetru Residence, a neighborhood located not far from the hustle and bustle of Brașov, at the foot of the Lempeș Natural Reserve, whose construction began in 2007 and continues to this day. The main purpose of the location in this area was to offer residents the peace of home.
To date, this peace is enjoyed by over 5,000 people, who, certainly, when they opted for our complex, wanted to escape from the urban agglomeration, from the polluted areas of the city and at the same time, to enjoy privacy.
Sânpetru Residence is a prestigious complex located at the foot of the Lempeș Nature Reserve. We have been in full development since 2007, without interruption due to the financial crisis, the pandemic or the war. The neighborhood has become a special place for over 5000 residents due to the quality constructions and the facilities offered. For more than 5 years we have been building only from our own resources, without bank loans, thus managing to create stability for both us and our clients.
